The story

The story follows three migratory birds who meet in a garden before embarking on their long journey. As they talk, one bird bravely shares his fears: “I’ve heard… that the trees have all burnt down. I’m afraid I’ll never find my home again. I also heard… that the rivers have dried up.” And so, their adventure begins, marked by uncertainty and hope…

The book

This illustrated tactile album is the result of a co-design process involving various partners in the Tacticos project. Each partner contributed their unique culture, creativity, skills, knowledge of visually impaired children, and manufacturing techniques to the album’s design. The writing of the accompanying guide also provided valuable input for the book’s development. The book itself was created by Les Doigts Qui Rêvent.

This project is the result of a collaborative creative process combining text, visuals, and tactile elements.
